I am Syed Mosharaf Hossain, an innovative Electronics & Communication Engineer and dedicated academic leader with a strong commitment to education, technology, and social development. Rising from a rural background in Tilaboni, West Bengal, I have pursued my passion for engineering, research, and innovation, completing my Diploma, B.Tech, and M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Currently, I serve as the Principal of Purbasthali II Government ITI, where my mission is to bridge the skill gap among students and prepare them for 21st-century opportunities through the integration of technology and practical training.

Over the years, I have been recognized nationally and internationally for my innovative contributions, including the Women’s Safety Shoe Device, which has earned multiple world records and government recognition. My achievements, such as India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records, World Book of Records (UK), Young Scientist 2022, Best Innovation Award (Govt. of West Bengal), Durgapur Samman 2025, and most recently, Principal of the Year 2025 at Asia Education Conclave, Mumbai, reflect my dedication to education, innovation, and social empowerment.

With a vision to empower rural youth, reduce unemployment, and promote sustainable innovation, I continue to work passionately to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.
